&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;100 a 150 g de Piñones (puede ser almendras, avellanas, pistachos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;25 gramos de azúcar en polvo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 cucharadita de canela &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Un poco de agua azahar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Mezclar todos estos ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparación&lt;/strong&gt;: Mezclar la mantequilla,la vainilla y el azúcar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Añadir el agua azahar, luego la harina según sea necesario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;La masa debe ser muy suave, echar la harina poco a poco mientras se mezcla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Cuando no se pegue en el bol ya está.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/5299/galletasdeazahar1jw9.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 320px; y sin grumos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Se rellena la Manga pastelera y sobre un papel se van haciendo unas lineas de unos seis o siete cms.Recordad dejar espacio entre una y otra pues en el horno se extienden un poco creo 3cm bastan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Se introducen en el horno a unos 22oºCuando esten pasta de hojaldre congelada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;- Queso de dos tipos.Yo use 1/2 bola Mozzarella y Brie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;- 2 o 3 lonchas de Salmon ahumado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;-1 Yema de huevo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span introduce la guinda en algun moldecito(ejemplo el recipiente de los hielos)&lt;br /&gt;Se echa la gelatina por encima y se pone a enfriar .&lt;br /&gt;Ya sabemos todos como se desmolda estas
